UEFA Under 23 and Senior DirtCross Country Casazza (BG) - Five securities issued with a race in advance. This made the fourth leg of the UEFA Under 23 and Senior even more exciting and compelling, after the fear for much rain fell Friday and Saturday afternoon. The special is not ruined, even if they can give even more spectacular, thanks to a fantastic track, prepared by the Moto Club Bergamo - Scuderia Casazza, local branch - and the other sections: Norelli, Scalve, and Orobie Ponteranica who set up a race truly unforgettable with the beauty of 130 people involved before and during. Unforgettable for the nine dozers at the highest level that preceded the 251 members in the penultimate stage Tricolore gauges as Belometti, Rinaldi, Oldrati, Bailey and others, have a great time to test this path really excellent. 2010 Beta 450 RR First RideAll-new and all-Beta, we take the 2010 450 RR for a spin.

2010 Beta 450 RR First RideAll-new and all-Beta, we take the 2010 450 RR for a spin.

By: Jean Turner Photography By: Mark Kariya
The 2010 model year marks the introduction of the all-new all-Beta line of RR enduro machines, and lucky us, we were invited to a private ranch to come hit the trails on the only one in the country: the all-new 2010 Beta 450 RR.Right off the bat, the biggest wow factor of the Beta is the motor. In all honesty, our expectations weren’t high given that it’s Beta’s first attempt, and the KTM 450cc XC motor is a tough act to follow. But we’re glad to report that the Italian manufacturer really knocked it out of the park with the 450cc DOHC four-stroke mill. It strikes a fantastic balance between tractability and snap, which we immediately discovered on the rocky, muddy single-track trails. The RR’s ability to put power on the ground is impressive, and even through mossy creek beds and loose rocks, it will keep chugging forward. The suspension package remains Marzocchi up front and a linkage-mounted Sachs shock out back. The Marzocchi fork maintains its same characteristics – not as plush as the Showa, KYB or WP forks that continue to spoil us – but still gets the job done. On the whole, the suspension package really shines in the tight, technical terrain – the tougher the better! Of course, that’s never been a problem for any Beta. Where they have struggled in the past, however, is in west-coast style high-speed terrain. We didn’t have a chance to test the 450 RR in any such conditions this time, but hopefully we’ll have a second date with the exotic beauty soon and have a more thorough report on the all-new, all-Beta 450 RR.2010 Beta 450 RR First RideAll-new and all-Beta, we take the 2010 450 RR for a spin.

2010 New Suzuki RM-Z450: Riviews , Specs and First Impression

2010 New Suzuki RM-Z450: Riviews , Specs and First Impression
Suzuki, it's hard to find fault with your lineup. New and improved 2010 Suzuki RM-Z450 breaks cover! Having said that, I sure do miss 2 strokes. Last time I checked there was no trouble moving those units in any displacement size. I have friends who still ride open class 2 strokes and have no problem with lack of horsepower. Jerry McCommons Pittsburgh, PA More impressive yet is now nimble the RM-Z feels in the air. With 250F-like aerial agility, the 450 is very confidence inspiring. Though we didn’t weight it on a scale, its compact ergos and narrow feel coupled with the super-responsive power make the RM-Z450 exceptionally light on its feet. As our test rider described, “Flickable is an understatement.”
Suzuki didn’t set out to re-invent the wheel with the ’10 RM-Z450, but a handful of moderate revisions focus on all-over refinements to the chassis, motor and fuel injection system.
2010 New Suzuki RM-Z450: Riviews , Specs and First Impression
In the motor department, Suzuki aimed at improving power from top to bottom. New intake and exhaust cams and a revised intake tract were designed to boost power in the low, mid and top-end range and also give the RM-Z more mid-range punch. Further assisting in power improvement is a revised fuel-injection system. The 450 comes with two pre-programmed ignition map settings – one standard and one leaner setting (for high humidity and/or altitude). The FI is adjustable through mode-select couplers behind the front number plate.
The chassis is also thoroughly re-worked for 2010 starting with the frame. New flex characteristics aim at improving straight-line stability without sacrificing the RM-Z’s noted sharp-handling capabilities. Coupled with the new-generation frame are revised suspension settings, which include stiffer spring rates both front and rear

New 2010 Husqvarna TE310 Dirt Bike Review

2010 Husqvarna TE310 Dirt Bike Review Picture
The TE310 is “for riders who want a powerful, easy-to-ride 4-stroke with a sweet spot displacement.” Well, that’s exactly what Husqvarna riders will get with this machine. We enjoyed the TE every time we rode it, regardless of conditions. The market for true dirt bikes with licensing ability is becoming more popular and more important for the health of our sport. Not only does the 310 expand the available options with a lovable displacement, but it also proved willing and capable for off-road racing. It falls short only on fuel range, but we’re willing to sacrifice some of that or deal with a larger aftermarket tank for the sensation of freedom and constant urging to take the hard route. Husky does offer a 3-gallon tank in its Special Parts catalog, which also features a host of other aftermarket items like full-coverage skidplates to replace the stock aluminum unit placed between the steel frame rails with separate plastic protectors to extend around the engine
The 298cc motor uses an 83 x 55mm bore and stroke to produce its smooth, linear power.
MotoUSA’s V.P. of Design and regular off-road tester, Bria
2010 Husqvarna TE310 Dirt Bike Review Picture n Chamberlain, rode the same minute on his 450 and was able to watch the Husky from an outsider’s perspective. He commented that while I was riding very aggressively when running our fastest pace, he was able to lug his larger-displacement machine to achieve the same speed. Not necessarily surprising, but it confirmed that the 310 is best ridden high in the revs like a 250F in order to get the most out of it. It just doesn’t have the brawn to pull that heavy front end over obstacles in low rpm. It also proved that the Husky is capable of running near the top of our comfort level without any serious personalization; remember, it carries a plate

Supercross: Chad Reed Champion from Australia

By David Jouguet - Tuesday 08 December 2009 respond?

The new Kawasaki rider, Chad Reed won the Australian Supercross Championship this weekend. Grand favorite of this series, the top league was dominated by Reardon but as and tests, Reed resumed his right to win with 21 points. In fact with 4 wins out of 7 events, Reed did not leave much hope for his rivals. Last year's winner on Suzuki is riding a 450 KX-F that wins the championship this year. A collaboration with the green starts well and will monitor from January for the U.S. Supercross Championship.

But today's Chad Reed is pleased with his title but also the organization of this championship. Since his arrival, the media coverage of the championship has surpassed the borders of Australia and we think it may be even better next season. His pride goes by the fact of having been run in New Zealand for this edition, a major step in the development and Supercross Championships. Chad Reed: "I was able to win race after race and won my second championship in 2009 after the MX U.S.. Get this championship to the handlebars of the KX450F Monster Energy Kawasaki team is a great way to start our relationship." "The Supercross Championship is growing, it is only its second year of existence and we saw beautiful circuit with many viewers. For the first time we went to New Zealand for a test and all drivers wanted to show what they were capable. They rolled back and that made the victory even more difficult and the championship " Selengkapnya...

MX. New rules for 2010. Motocross is a turning point?

20.41 by admin · 0 komentar

2010: key year for the world cross. New rules and new samples (125 2T and 150 4t). Try to understand what changes
MX2
Age limit: from next year will be admitted to the start of the MX2 riders with the age of twenty-three. The rule was enacted with the intention of lowering the age limit of the cylinder so that preparatory to raise the level of competitiveness. The MX1 will become in effect the class.
Limit of 40 riders: confirmed but with application of entry criteria that will respect the following parameters: 32 riders will be entered by the teams, 2 wild cards for the national federations of the host the event and the other 6 will be reserved for teams to try new riders

or to the local organizers and possibly also to pilots from the European championship.
Youth Stream has also made official a plan that will be implemented to safeguard the professionalism of the teams present world. At the moment the need is not to increase the number of teams participating in the world but is to confirm the teams who have already given over the years demonstrated economic stability over time and having complied with all agreements made towards economic pilots and Youthstream itself. The first provisional list of the team admitted to the 2010 season will be published the first week of August. The teams accepted will be those who have at least two riders per class. Will not be admitted to the team who want to deploy a pilot or two pilots with displacement different bikes. Only on occasion will be given the opportunity to field a third rider in a team and this only if the team itself has provided guarantees of economic stability adequate to support the costs involved.

MX1
Notwithstanding what I said in terms of number of pilots (the two pilots from the same team will run in the same class) and economic guarantees to be able to participate in throughout the season, some change is also planned for the MX1. Although the regulation still provides the opportunity to participate in 40 pilots, the Youthstream is committed to keeping the numbers admitted to the start to a maximum of 30 starters. 26 chosen by team members, 2 wild cards determined by the organizing federation.

New standards: 125 2t and 150 4t
In the 2010 season will debut two new leagues: one reserved for the 125cc 2 strokes and what they will see engaged in race motorcycles of 150 cc 4 stroke
At the championship to 125 2-stroke riders will take part, aged between 13 and 19 years.
The two rounds of 25 minutes plus two laps, will be held in conjunction with the World MX1 over a period of 7 tests already included in the calendar.
The tournament reserved for the 150 4t, drivers will instead participate in the age group between 11 and 15 who competed in two heats of 20 minutes plus two laps, in conjunction with the MX3 - EMX2 on a base of 6 races.

Now the brand is passing these numerous victories and successes onto its MX fan community via the exclusive Musquin and Nagl Replicas. French rider Marvin Musquin put his stamp on the MX2 class in the 2009 season like no-one before him. He not only impressed the Motocross world with his huge talent and riding ability but also with his previously unrecognized nerves of steel.
